Link robots
Vidlák, Marek ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with design the link robot and motion simulation. It is divided into four parts. In first part are briefly explained basic information of industrial robots and manipulators, their design and structure. Further it is listed some examples of design industrial robots and manipulators and principle of computation of kinematic chain. On beginning of the second part is performed analysis of configuration link robots, description of their designs and structures, examples of design link robots and their applications. In third part is selected option of design, created mathematical and kinematic model. Then it is designed and described construction of robot. The last section is devoted to simulation of robot’s kinematics, description of simulation softwares and their use for required results.
Calculation of Con-rod Stress in Multi-Body System
Malinský, Marek ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
The aim of my thesis is to create a procedure for the calculation of con rod stress in MBS Software. The thesis contains several parts, i.e. a short research of contemporary con rods, con rod modelling with the use of Pro/E, methodics of the finite-element con rod model preparation and model analysis in ANSYS Software, creating of virtual combustion engine template with flexible con rod and carrying out a strain hardening analysis in ADAM/Engine software. The theme of my thesis is quite demanding in the combination and the use of several computer software programmes. The thesis offers a survey of possibilities, procedures and methodics of con rod stress solutions that help to clarify the matter.
Influence of Aerodynamic Forces on Ride Comfort and Vehicle Body Position
Telecký, Vojtěch ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with aerodynamic forces and their influence on body position and ride comfort due changes in wheel loads. Simulation was made in computer program ADAMS (MSC Software TM).
Creating a simulation model of a linear axis machine tool with rack and pinion
Kráčmar, Tomáš ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a brief overview of the linear part of Feed System of machine tools, research of simulation SW to simulate dynamic behavior of machines and the creation of a simulation model of a linear axis of machine tool with rack and pinion. Part of this work is the simulation model created in Adams.
Adjustment and modification made to the serially produced combustion engine to get an engine for racing purposes
Závodný, Tomáš ; Knotek, Jiří (referee) ; Maršálek, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis analyses the modification of the serially produced combustion engine to get an engine for racing purposes. The first part is conceived as searching and is focused on why this serially produced engine was modified to racing engine and which adjustments were made on this naturally aspirated engine. Another part was dedicated to design simulation in the software ADAMS MD R3 and the results of these simulations were processed and evaluated. Conclusion contains a comparison of the results from the software and results from an actual engine dynamometer, and what is the overall success of the project in real life.
Problematic of Fast Automatic Tool Change by Working Machinery
Pavlík, Jan ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Velíšek,, Karol (referee) ; Demeč, Peter (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This dissertation thesis is focused on the problem of the Automatic Tool Change for milling centers, which is recently shown as a very current topic. The content of this work is to conduct a comprehensive research of various types of ATC depending on the type of machine, as well as research of the current tool interface relating closely with these problems. There was made a comprehensive analysis on the basis of data obtained by comprehensive research, from which both the main factors affecting this topic and the area dealed and developed by this work resulted. The most problematic area of machinery used nowdays for the Atomatic Tool Change was detected as manipulator provided the exchange between spindle and tool storage. Kinematic structure and design of individual elements affects very significantly the dynamics of the whole process of exchange of tools. Therefore, the work is focused on problematic of the manipulator. The main results of this thesis are constructional design of several types of manipulators, which were partly realized within the project 1.2.4 of Brno department of RCMT in the form of the testing stands. There was developed simulation models for selected types of manipulators which were verificated by measuring on the real stand. On the basis of abovementioned problem there was identified another key issue related not only to the exchange process but also with complex problem of service life of spindle. It is a grab force in the process of picking tools. The work outlines the possibilities for further research of these forces on the service file of spindle (especially on service life of bering groups of spindle).
Vehicle Semi-active SuspensionSystem
Salcburger, Martin ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design algorithms of semi-active suspension system for a quarter car model, compare their function with respect to ride comfort and drive safety. Consequently, setup control algorithms for using in the Adams software. The result of this thesis should be to determine the effect of semi-active suspension control system on vehicle behavior.
Stand for Single Cylinder Engine Testing
Sikora, Ondřej ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Janoušek, Michal (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with construction design of stand for testing single-cylinder turbocharged engine. The first part describes principles and possibilities of measuring the performance parameters of internal combustion engines. It also analyzes the issue of measuring single-cylinder combustion engine. The main part of thesis is about construction design of stand, which describes the individual technical solutions of the general construction parts. The last chapter deals with numerical simulation, which uses modern software tools. This software helps with verification of function design.
Assembly Design of Ball-Joint Test Bench Hydraulic Unit
Novák, Jiří ; Beran, Martin (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
The main object of this thesis is the proposal of fitting (setting) hydraulic cylinder into test equipment of ball-joints of company TRW-DAS Dačice a.s. The thesis includes a short review about testing ball-joint of above company and about liquid mechanisms. Also, there are analyzed demands for fitting (setting) hydraulic cylinder into testing equipment. In the main part of this thesis there is described my own constructive proposal with numeric calculations in proper software. In enclosure there are all analytical calculations with productive drawings and an assembly drawing.
Motorcycle Springing and Damping System
Filka, Tomáš ; Vančura, Jan (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis consists of theoretical overview about motorcycle chassis and suspension systems as well as information about springs and dampers. It is also focused on practical usage of multibody simulation for motorcycle suspension testing which leads to the development of series of virtual riding tests built within MSC Adams View software environment. Then the results are further discussed together with suggestions for future improvement of this model.
